Mouse Keyring Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Mouse Keyring license purchased through the official checkout. Payments and refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy the merchant of record.

2. Change-of-mind refunds

A change-of-mind refund may be requested only when both conditions are met: the request is sent within seven days of purchase and the license linked to that purchase has never been activated.

Activation starts access to the digital product. Change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after activation subject to the statutory rights below.

Removing a device does not make a previously activated license unused again.

3. Defects and misdescription

If the app is defective materially differs from the description provided at purchase or applicable law provides another remedy you may be entitled to repair replacement refund or other relief regardless of the change-of-mind limit above. This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

4. How to request and processing

Email try.team.biz@gmail.com with the email used for the order order number purchase date and reason for the request. The Operator will verify the order and activation status and will not ask for unnecessary personal information.

Approved refunds are returned through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, in the currency applied at checkout, where possible. The date funds appear and any final KRW charge or refund amount depend on the payment method, exchange rate and financial institution.

Downloads and new activations stop and existing apps lose access at their next online check. Do not send full card numbers or license keys.

Statutory rights for international buyers

Our seven-day policy does not replace applicable statutory withdrawal rights or digital-content remedies including in the EU or UK. License activation alone is not treated as consent to lose a statutory withdrawal right. Those rights remain where the applicable requirements for immediate supply and express acknowledgment of losing withdrawal rights have not been met.
