Mouse Keyring Terms of Service

1. The service and its operator

TRY operates mouse-kiring.com and the Mouse Keyring desktop app. These terms describe the conditions for using the website and purchasing and using the software license. Contact us at try.team.biz@gmail.com.

Mouse Keyring lets you customize charms that follow your cursor. Review the product description and supported devices and refund policy before purchasing.

2. Accounts and getting started

Browsing the website and signing up by email for the Windows launch notification do not require sign-in. Purchasing and managing a license or registering a new device require a connection to your own Google account. Launch emails are sent only to people who separately request them.

Keep access to your account and your license key secure. Do not use or share someone else’s account or key. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access or loss.

If applicable law requires parental or guardian permission for a minor’s purchase that permission must be obtained first. A contract made without the required permission may be cancelled as provided by applicable law.

3. Price and payment confirmation

The Mouse Keyring license costs US$3.50 as a one-time payment. Checkout shows the final amount including applicable taxes and any currency or payment-method costs.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment and tax and receipt processing. Available payment methods and payment conditions are shown at checkout. Once payment is confirmed the purchasing account can access its license and installer. Contact us with your order details for duplicate charges or a missing license.

4. License and availability

One license is issued per purchasing account and may be activated on up to three devices. It is a non-exclusive right to use the app for your own personal or internal business purposes and does not transfer software ownership. You can unlink an old device from My license before replacing it.

The currently available installer is for Mac with Apple Silicon. Windows availability will be announced separately. Joining the notification list does not constitute a purchase or guarantee a release date. Hanging from buttons in other apps requires macOS Accessibility permission and detection varies by app.

The app checks license status on startup and return and periodically during use. Temporary connection failures may allow a grace period of up to 72 hours after the last successful validation. Refunds or device removal end access when subsequently validated.

5. Images and prohibited use

Rights in uploaded images remain with their respective owners. Use images you created or have permission to use. Images provided for settings sync or bug reporting are used to deliver those functions. Brand and band images shown on the website are examples and do not imply affiliation or included content.

Do not misuse another person’s information or resell licenses without permission or bypass the device limit. Disruptive requests and malicious uploads and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Unauthorized copying or redistribution or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited except where permitted by law.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Change-of-mind refunds are available within seven days of purchase for licenses that have never been activated. The separate refund policy explains requests and their scope.

These conditions do not restrict statutory rights for defects or delivery that differs from the description or incorrect charges. Mandatory rules in your country prevail where they provide additional cancellation or remedy rights. Activation alone does not automatically extinguish statutory withdrawal rights in every country.

7. Updates and restrictions

We may release updates to address security issues and improve functionality. An installed app may require you to apply a new installer. Material changes to core features or usage conditions will be communicated through the website or an available contact method.

Maintenance and connectivity issues and external service failures may temporarily affect availability. Serious violations or suspected account misuse may require restrictions on an account or device. Where possible we explain the reason and how to appeal and take action when an appeal is justified.

8. Ending use and resolving issues

You can request account closure or termination by email. We explain the effect on license access and any legally required record retention. Account closure does not itself trigger a refund.

We maintain reasonable security and maintenance measures. We do not guarantee identical operation with every external app or future operating system. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please send concerns or disputes to try.team.biz@gmail.com. We investigate and explain the proposed response. Your legal rights to bring a claim or seek dispute resolution remain available. When these terms change we explain the changes and effective date and follow any required notice or consent procedure.
